Meet The Cat Lady
Hi! My name is Kelley and I've been taking care of furry family members since 2012. Let me tell you a little about myself, how I got started, and why I want to be the one to take care of your kitties.
My Story
Since birth, I have always had a cat by my side - above, you'll see me with the family cat 33 years ago! And all my life I have loved animals. While I love both dogs and cats, I feel like cats often get overlooked in the animal care world and seen as "an easy pet". My first experience with cat-sitting specifically came in 2012, when a coworker asked if I would be interested in looking after her 10 cats. I eagerly said yes and in caring for them, I realized that even in a single household, each cat has its own varying, specific needs, and deserves individualized attention. Over the past 14 years, I have pet sat numerous cats and dogs and I've learned my passion is taking care of cats that might otherwise go overlooked. I like to work with anxious kitties, spicy kitties, and every kitty in between and enjoy building a bond with them. The hardest part about pet-sitting for me, is saying goodbye on the last visit!
